Sheepdog Brewing Co. started with a simple belief: that great beer doesn't need a big city to thrive. Nestled on South Court Street in Ness City, we brew for our neighbors first — using locally sourced grains where possible, water purified through our own process, and hop varieties chosen for character over convenience.
